As the Operations Manager, she deftly handles the coordination and supervision of everyday tasks and sales processes. Committed to working closely with our Medspa Success clientele, Rebecca aids in the execution of system implementation and staff training programs. Her responsibilities also extend to the enforcement of high performance standards and effective sales strategies, ensuring a high rate of lead conversion.
